We value our consumer and are doing our very best to give great costumer service. It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition, quality inspected and properly packaged before despatch. Frogpearl Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to their website. Products are subject to availability and delays may occur that are out of our control. If your order is not available at the time of purchase we will contact as soon as possible to give an estimated delivery date. If no one is available to accept delivery of your package, it is at the discretion of the carrier to either leave the package at your residence or leave a notice advising you that your order is available for pick-up or re-delivery. Frogpearl Ltd does not accept responsibility for unclaimed packages. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any website based information, quotation, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

All personal information saved at frogpearl.com will be handled with reasonable care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Frogpearl. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately depict the appearance of the products. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product’s appearance in the photograph and the item delivered. This is due to pearls being a natural material and every pearl is unique in its own way, therefore colour and size of the pearls may vary. We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colours. This depends on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Frogpearl web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.

Frogpearl Ltd. may at any time change the content of the site. We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners/Discover, Laser card and PayPal. Payment must be made in full before the goods can be shipped.

Shipping is included in the price displayed on the product when ordering small quantities of no more then 5 items. We will send the goods by standard post provided by An Post Ireland. Once your order has been placed, it will usually be fulfilled within 5 business days at our office in Ireland. Shipping usually takes between 1 and 14 days, depending on where in the world you are located. Larger shipments of more then 5 items will require tracking and will be quoted to the costumer before order confirmation. If you require tracked shipment please contact us on info@frogpearl.com to get a quotation for the shipment.

Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted via email to info@frogpearl.com before your order has been processed. We will do our best to assist you with any changes.

All goods are the property of Frogpearl Ltd. until full payment has been received. The Frogpearl website, and its contents are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners’ rights and may be prosecuted.

We take all reasonable care in packaging of the pearls. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit, Frogpearl Ltd. shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. Frogpearl Ltd. shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Frogpearl Ltd. shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by products arriving late or damaged. By shopping online with us you accept these terms and conditions.

Here at frogpearl.com we are passionate about our products and service and we want satisfied customers. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on any merchandise that is not used and returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please note you will have to arrange for and pay the return postage cost yourself. To process your return, all you have to do is send an email to info@frogpearl.com with all the details and we will help you to process your return. Refunds will only be made to the original card of purchase.
